Mission:

To educate honest and intellectual students who can undertake important tasks in food industry equipped with science, technology and engineering knowledge; to catch the academic level in the world in terms of science and technology with the students graduated from our department and the academic studies conducted in our department. To maintain the solidarity with the employees who work in the food sector and to conduct new projects in collaboration, to inform the public with seminars and training program about food, to integrate the latest improvements in food studies into educational and research purposes.
