Within the scope of FE203 Food Microbiology course with 2nd grade students of our department, on March 31, 2017, TARGID Gıda ve Tarım Ürünleri San. and Tic. Ltd. Sti. Technical trip was organized. In the facility that product fruit juice and concentrate, production area and laboratories were visited and information about the production and the analyzes were collected.
