With the participation of third grade students of our department, a technical trip was made to the Öz Göçerler Dairy Business which were in Kozan on December 11, 2017 within the scope of "Dairy Technology" course. Information about production methods of products such as cheese, ayran, yoghurt, devices used in their production and the operation of the business in general was collected. We would like to thank Deniz Kaypak Tona, Food Engineer of the Business Manager who shared her knowledge and experiences with our students during the trip.
